Corporate Associate

Scott concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate and securities matters. He regularly counsels emerging and established companies on strategic transactions, regulatory compliance, and operational decision-making, helping clients achieve practical and business-focused solutions.

While in law school, Scott served as Executive Development Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal, and as president of the Hastings Business Law Society and the Hastings Food & Wine Law Society. He also received Witkin and CALI Awards (top grade) in the Investment Management and International Business Transactions courses.
