Tax Associate

A graduate of UC Irvine, Kat went on to receive an LLM from NYU. As a specialist on IRC Section 280E and its application, scope, and structuring implications, Kat drafts briefs for tax court and federal appellate litigation. She performs tax due diligence on buy-side acquisitions, and provides advice to clients on international and federal matters as well as state and local concerns. Kat is a regular contributor to the academic journal Tax Notes.
