Henry Wykowski

Founding Partner

Admitted to the California State Bar in 1976, Henry has been practicing law for nearly fifty years. A graduate of Bridgeport University and Tulane Law School, Henry has practiced law in both California and Louisiana. Before entering private practice, he served in the Criminal Section of the Tax Division at the U.S. Department of Justice and later as an Assistant United States Attorney. He also held a position as a White House Aide under President Carter.

A highly regarded Class A litigator, Henry has tried more than forty cases, nearly thirty-five of which lasted longer than two weeks, including a four-month trial in federal court. Before founding Wykowski & Wood, Henry was a partner at the Palo Alto based firm of Mohjer - Pooley.
