Litigation Associate

Dan Weston is a Litigation Associate with Wykowski & Wood LLP.  Dan graduated from UC Law SF (formerly U.C. Hastings) and was a member of the inaugural Cannabis Law class taught by Henry and Chris.  Dan handles the full range of civil litigation responsibilities from initial case analysis, drafting complaints, discovery, law and motion, and trial.  Dan has been lead counsel for two trials, won both, and successfully handled an appeal to the Second Circuit.  Dan also is frequently involved in mediation and settlement negotiations.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Dan worked as an international business consultant living both in Japan and Hong Kong.   Dan holds a BA (honors) in Journalism.
